These Terms govern your use of Nom Nom Go ("the app", "we", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nom Nom Go. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Your account
- Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Notify us at hello@nomnomgo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nom Nom Go to:
- Violate any law or another person's rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexual, or infringing.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own the photos, captions, and ratings you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Nom Nom Go a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the app, including showing scans to the community when you post them.
You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it.
Food analysis disclaimer
Nom Nom Go's AI analysis (ingredients, allergens, taste profile, dish identification) is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or professional advice and may be inaccurate.
If you have a serious allergy, intolerance, or medical condition, always confirm with the restaurant and a qualified professional before eating. You assume all risk for decisions made based on the app.
Our IP
The app, brand, design, code, and trained models are owned by Nom Nom Go and our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.
Termination
You may delete your account in the app at any time (Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nom Nom Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or (b) US$50.
Apple App Store terms
If you obtained Nom Nom Go through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Nom Nom Go only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Nom Nom Go, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nom Nom Go is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
